12 months of strength and mobility programming designed to help you move easier, build strength and feel your best. First we build a solid foundation of movement patterns and then we focus on adding complexity in a slow and safe way. Through this process, you will improve and build overall strength, flexibility, stability and increase range of motion from head to toe.

This means that you will get direct feedback on each workout, answers to questions that come up along the way and the opportunity for online check-ins. Unleashed workouts are designed specifically for strength and mobility improvement. Each exercise is selected to improve range of motion and strengthen both large muscle groups and joints. Many other workouts tend to focus on single plane movements or overly complex exercises that can often make imbalances and problem areas worse over time.
The Unleashed workouts are not follow along videos either, they are fully outlined workouts with exercise details just like you would receive from a personal trainer you hired yourself.

The program is designed over 12 months. There are 4 phases and each phase has a slightly different focus. So, you will see the same exercise pop in and out of the workouts, but the variables (sets, reps, tempo) will change based on the goals of that phase.
Don't forget, progress happens with repetition. For example, the first month will repeat many of the same foundational movements, but the accessory work will switch up to keep things interesting and challenging.
This also gives you a chance to progress your weights slowly and safely to keep challenging yourself (this is called progressive overload)

This is a big one for most people. Every exercise has a how-to video link attached and notes about proper setup and form. If you are unsure about a movement, watch the quick 10-30 second video before you dive in.
If you need more direction and support there are two options:
1) Community chat
2) Direct messageWithin the Community chat there is a bi-weekly Q&A so send your questions over and the trainer will answer them for the group. Also, you get the support and guidance of the community too, which is often very helpful for quick questions and advice.

That's an understatement! In a world saturated with fitness experts (certified or not—beware!) I pride myself on being realistic, efficient and simple. In my experience, most trainers are focused on weight-loss and getting their clients to their "ideal" bodies. That's great! BUT, I don't focus on that. My entire focus and approach is to get my clients to feel good at any shape and size. I want to help you move easier, reduce pain and discomfort, get strong, build stamina and get you back to participating in your life again!

Mobility training is the focus of improving flexibility, strength, range of motion and balance. It is used to correct imbalances and help reduce the risk of injury and improve performance. All of the workouts in Unleashed include mobility prep before the foundational lifts. This helps prepare the body (especially the core and lower back) to lift heavier weights with more ease and proper form.

No. That's the short answer.
As a personal trainer it is my job to know where my boundaries are (legally!) I do not hold a nutrition certification, nor am I a licensed dietician, therefore I am not able to provide you with in-depth nutrition coaching or plans.
Now, that being said, I completely understand how your diet effects your fitness progress. What I do provide are fundamental guidelines around eating a balanced diet and how important it is for your training results. I like to educate my clients on the importance of eating enough, the benefits of each macro nutrient (protein, carbs, fats) and daily water intake.
And because I am a foodie at heart, I love to share some of my favorite healthy recipes and meal prep tips to help my clients approach food in a less stressful way!

With your membership, you get access to all other programs; The Basics of Strength Training and Build and Burn. Within the Unleashed Community you will also get sample meal plans and recipes for inspiration, quick fitness tips and additional coaching with any questions you or the group has.

It really depends on your level of commitment and what works best financially for you. Of course, I would like to see everyone make the full year commitment to their fitness and the program, but I understand the hesitation.
When you pay in full, you get 1 month free, so the discount with that option can be pretty enticing!

Of course! You not locked into anything. I would love to see every person commit to the 12 month program, but sometimes life gets busy and circumstances change. You can cancel your membership at any time.
For month-to-month members, you will not be charged again after your date of cancellation. For pay in full members, unfortunately we are not able to refund the remaining months.
